Highlands Sports Centre Is Establishing Its First Parents Committee
At Highlands Sports Centre, we believe that building a strong sporting community goes beyond the classes we offer. It also means creating an environment where families feel involved, supported and heard.
Following the positive response at our recent parent meeting, we are pleased to announce that expressions of interest are now open for our very first Highlands Sports Centre Parents Committee.
The committee will provide an opportunity for parents to contribute to the ongoing development of the centre, share their perspectives and help shape the experience we provide for our children and families.
We are looking for enthusiastic parents who are willing to represent their children's age groups, share ideas, provide feedback and help us identify opportunities to improve our programs and strengthen our community.
Whether you are interested in helping organise events, suggesting new activities, contributing ideas for our programs or simply sharing your thoughts on how we can continue to improve, your involvement is welcome.
Participation will be voluntary, with meetings held approximately every 6–8 weeks. Our aim is to create an open and constructive space where parents and the centre can work together towards a common goal: providing the best possible experience for our members.
As Highlands Sports Centre continues to grow, we want our families to be part of that journey. This is an opportunity to help build something meaningful for our children, both on and off the mats.
