FITNESS & WELLNESS
At Highlands Sports Centre, we focus on holistic development by offering supplementary fitness classes for women and men who want to stay active and move better. These sessions use bodyweight training rather than heavy equipment, focusing on flexibility, mobility, general strength, coordination, and light cardio to enhance overall fitness and support an active lifestyle.

Our fitness classes complement wrestling, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, and everyday movement, helping reduce injury risk and improve performance. We also offer women-only classes led by Julia, an experienced coach who provides a supportive, engaging environment tailored specifically for women of all ages and fitness levels.
